How to Move in the Conference

The conference is fast approaching and promises to be a rich experience of learning, connection, and discovery. Here is a preview of the July 2-5 program:

July 2nd

  • Location:
    • Anton Dhor Conference Center (Day), Villa Comunale, 80121 Napoli
    • San Lorenzo Maggiore (Welcome Cocktail), Piazza San Gaetano, 316, 80138 Napoli
  • Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (Day), 06:30 pm onwards (Welcome Cocktail)
  • More details: The day will start with the Pre-Congress at the Zoological Station Anton Dohrn, where registration and accreditation of participants will take place. We also remind you that during the registration phase, it will be possible to book a visit to the aquarium and museum. The same venue will also host Pre-conference Workshops. At 06:30 pm everyone is invited to the Welcome Cocktail at San Lorenzo Maggiore. Here, in addition to enjoying a moment of relaxation and socializing, it will be possible to complete the remaining accreditation. To reach the venue (San Lorenzo Maggiore), it is recommended to use public transport, in this case the subway line L2, starting from the stop Piazza Amedeo and getting off at the stop Napoli Piazza Cavour.

July 3rd

  • Location: City of Science
  • Hours: All Day
  • More details: The second day of the conference will be held at the prestigious City of Science. This innovative facility will be the beating heart of the event, providing an inspiring environment for interaction and the exchange of ideas. You will be able to reach the venue via our transfers, which can be booked during the conference registration phase, or by public transportation. The opening ceremony will mark the beginning of a busy day of sharing and insight. During the morning we will have coffee breaks. We will break for lunch at 01.00 pm. We will conclude the day by welcoming you to the Cocktail & Poster Session, where you can explore new research and interact with the poster authors. Finally, for those who wish to deepen their experience, an optional tour will be available to explore the attractions of Science City and the surrounding area.

July 4th

  • Location: City of Science
  • Hours: All Day
  • More details: This exciting day at Science City promises to be filled with engaging activities and learning opportunities. After arriving at the venue via our bookable transfers or by using public transportation, you will be greeted by an engaging Plenary Session that will kick off high-level discussions and presentations.
    After the plenary session, we will set aside 10 minutes to take a group photo, a special moment to capture the experience with your colleagues. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to recharge your energy during Coffee Break and Lunch, perfect times to socialize and share ideas.
    In the late afternoon, we will participate in the stimulating Cocktail & Poster Session, where you can explore the latest research and interact with poster authors.
    The day will conclude with the prestigious Conference Dinner, a perfect time to relax, celebrate and make new connections in a convivial and welcoming environment.

July 5th

  • Location: City of Science
  • Hours: All Day
  • More details: This last day will be the same as the others, with the exception that the Closing Ceremony will take place instead of the Cocktail & Poster Session.
