Submission Procedure

  • The maximum length of the abstract is 300 words.
  • Presenting authors can submit a maximum of one abstract

If more than one of your abstracts is accepted, at least one co-author of the second abstract will have to register for the conference before the deadline for the authors’ registration.

Please, note that only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be inserted in the program. The registration to the Congress is considered completed only upon payment.

After having created your account on the Conftool submission platform you will be able to submit your abstract by clicking on “Your submissions”.

Choose the topic of your abstract and fill out the form.

Remember to press the “Save Submission” button on the second screen in order for your abstract to be considered for the reviewing process!

Authors of accepted contributions are required to register and pay a fee to attend the Conference, as well as cover their own travel to Naples and accommodation costs in this city.

Without a completed registration to the Conference of at least one author, the contribution will not be included in the program.

Presenting authors must complete their registration by March 5th, 2024 (midnight CET).
