How to book

We have two different ways of booking a hotel, with different lists of accommodations.

1. During the online registration for ECRS 2024, you are also able to book accommodation in Naples.

In order to finalize the booking, you will be asked to provide Credit Card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Conference secretariat will forward your booking request to the chosen hotel and once the availability is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation by email. Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel when checking out. Don’t forget that you will be asked to pay the city tax as well (2,50 € for 2-star hotels, 3,50 € for 3-star hotels, 4,50 € for 4-star hotels).

2. Choose your hotel from the list

Click on the link next to the name and book directly on the hotel website.

Cancellation policies

In case of cancellation received starting from 7 days prior to the date of arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night on your credit card. Cancellations must be sent by email to secretariat@ecrs2024.eu.

Please note that all prices indicated on this page are per room, per night, and VAT is included.
